All returns from the Continental United States can be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges. Solis Retail Stores within 21 day from the date of shipment for an in-store credit. In-store returns require a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation, for prompt and expeditious handling. Refund request are accepted in-store, the refund will be issued to the method of payment by the company headquarters.
Solis Holiday Return Policy - For the holiday season, Solis will extend the period allowed for returns to accept all items purchased after November 27th to be returned for a full refund by January 9th, or 30 days after the purchase date, whichever is later.
We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including:
* Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
* Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
* Underwear or Swimsuits
* Last Call Sale Items
* Grooming Products
All items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense. Any item that shipping is not paid for within 14 days of 1st contact to the customer will be forfeited.
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with or without a receipt. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. We do ask that you pay the cost of the original shipping. For a full item credit: returns must include all original attached tags, boxes, authenticity certificates and in original brand new condition. Items return without original tags, boxes, and authenticity certificates or in original new condition will not be accepted.
All international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.
ExchangesWhen returning an item for an exchange please list the item or items you want to exchange. If applicable, include payment for the difference in price of items and shipping. Solis doesn't charge your card until your order is ready to ship. In the event your item is sold out or some other issue arises, a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email. When you order is ready to ship we will finalize the transaction and process a charge to your card.

Shipping InformationMost items ship within 24 to 48 hours, for validated orders. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2-3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 5-8 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday.

The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes. 3. You provided an invalid address. 4. International Backorder / Out Of Stock - Sometimes an order may be backordered or out of stock. If your entire order is out-of-stock, your order will be cancelled. Occasionally, part of an order may be out of stock or backordered shipment will be made when all items in your order have arrived. We do not make partial shipments.
