HEATHERETTE AND SOLIS ON MARKET MIXES FASHION WITH COMPASSION (San Francisco, CA-October 03, 2005) - Solis on Market has announced today 5% of all sales during their grand opening from 2-4pm on Saturday, October 8th at their flagship store will be donated to the Hurricane Katrina Relief fund. Richie Rich and Travers Rain of Heatherette have donated a customized Living Dolls Collection piece for silent auction during the private in-store event on Sunday, October 9th. Steven Haas, CEO of Solis says, “Solis’s online retail business caters to many New Orleans clients and it’s our way of giving back." Solis signed a long-term lease for its new flagships retail location at 2231 Market Street in San Francisco. Solis anticipates a full crowd for the Saturday grand opening with fit models showcasing Antik Denim, True Religion, Chip & Pepper, AG Denim, Grail, Morphine Generation and Robert Duarte fall and winter collections. The Grand opening party will include a live DJ, and cocktails.
The Sunday private event with Heatherette will have many local celebrities and top talent gracing the in-store event. April Ross Perez, a former Miss Philippines Earth 2002 will be highlighted as one of the models for Heatherette Living Dolls Collection with other great talent. Steven Haas says, “I am very delighted to bring in top personalities for this weekend and also to be giving away gift bags valued over $500.00 to a few guests and media at the event.”
Solis on Market (www.soliscompany.com) is located at 2231 Market Street and will have their public grand opening on Saturday, October 8th from 2-4pm and their private Heatherette (www.heatherette.com) in-store on Sunday, October 9th.
