Shipping Information

Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours, for validated orders. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2-3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 5-7 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday.


Solis Ships Via FedEx - FedEx Services Overview

FedEx SmartPost - FedEx SmartPost picks up, provides line haul, and delivers the packages to a USPS facility for final delivery by a postal carrier. Transit Times: 2-7 Days (longer time-in-transit outside the continental 48 states). Service Days: Monday through Saturday. Delivery Area: Domestic U.S. coverage, including Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and Military APO/FPO destinations.


Fedex Ground - The only service of its kind dedicated to residential customers, FedEx Home Delivery serves virtually 100 percent of the U.S. population. This residential-only network provides guaranteed delivery options to fit the way you live, work and shop today—delivery in the evenings, on Saturdays and even by appointment. FedEx Ground provides 100-percent coverage to every business address in the United States, with small-package delivery in one to five business days in the continental U.S. and in three to seven business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery Times: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Check transit times. Service Days Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.


FedEx 2 Day, USA: FedEx Express is the world's largest express transportation company, providing fast and reliable delivery to every U.S. address and to more than 220 countries and territories. FedEx Express uses a global air-and-ground network to speed delivery of time-sensitive shipments, usually in one to two business days with the delivery time guaranteed.


FedEx Express, International: With unmatched air route authorities and an extensive air/ground infrastructure, FedEx Express provides customs-cleared, door-to-door service to more international locations than its competitors. International express delivery is guaranteed to more than 220 countries and territories, with a variety of time-definite services to meet distinct customer needs.


International Orders

We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.


All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.


International shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Solis does not refund customs, duties or taxes associated with international orders.


Payment Information

Solis requires issuing bank validation for all credit card shipment. When paying via credit card the ship to address must be validated as an address of record by the issuing bank. Solis requires phone and bank validation of all high dollar orders at its discretion.
